Our best wishes to convey, May Allah always give healthy and the protection to you every time. So, it can to carry out our daily activities smoothly. Ameen.

Furthermore, to participate and educate the nation and provide the proper education, we are from Al-Hikmah foundation proposed to develop and construct our educational building facilities and other supporting infrastructure. We are proposed to develop Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Kindergarten (TK), Elementary School and construct Junior High School (MTS) and Senior High School (MAK) to create an optimal learning environment, religious and decent according to the standard national school. The funds involved with the proposal as attached. To realize the intended program, we would ask pleased to provide assistance in the form of funds.

PROPOSAL

CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

1.1       Background of Proposal

Education is the process of facilitating learning. Knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits of a group of people are transferred to other people, through storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, or research. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, but learners may also educate themselves in a process called autodidactic learning. Any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational. Education is commonly and formally divided into stages such as preschool, primary school, secondary school and then college, university or apprenticeship. The methodology of teaching is called pedagogy.

Granting autonomy in every terms on reform era provides new hope in particular for education, to further work to improve the quality of human resources (SDM) conscientious and dignified, which is able to control and empower a variety of technologies for the prosperity of the nation and the state, although it should be taken with a variety of efforts by societies to create Indonesian quality.

Based on the data above, the Foundation of "Al-Hikmah" that engaged in the education is still need for infrastructure to improve the student’s intelligence knowledge and belief or faith towards Allah as the physical infrastructure building education or school.

The buildings that purposed include:

1)   Kindergarten (RA) building will be construct 3 classroom that includes: 

ü 2 classroom for RA

ü 1 teacher office for RA

2)   Junior High School (MTs) will be construct 8 rooms that includes:

ü  6 classrooms

ü 1 teacher office

ü 1 administration office

3)   Senior High School (MAK) will be construct 24 ( twenty four ) rooms that includes:

ü  6 classrooms

ü  1 teacher office

ü  1 administration office

1.2       Purpose of Proposal

With financial support, our foundation "Al-Hikmah" has the purpose to build physical infrastructure as appropriate school buildings that we needed. Then the purposes of this proposal are:

1.    The need for development assistance classrooms, and other supporting facilities to provide educational services become more conducive learning a unit of student’s learning.

2.    Increasing student’s intelligence toward science for the future generation, especially the surrounding community.

3.    Improving student’s faith and devotion to Allah for the next generation, especially the local community and generally in Grobogan.

4.    Increased student’s skills for the next generation, especially the local community and generally in Grobogan.

1.3 Strategies and Approach

To achieve the purposes above, the basic strategy is implemented through the construction in physical infrastructure such as school buildings as facility of students to be able to used it and the funds used to construct derived from various sources including public assistance, then the people feel they have (Sense of belonging) to the facilities that have been built. This strategy is being done with the following principles and approaches:

1.   Participative (Public Participation), which means that all levels of society both their children attend there and the children that do not attend in school, are expected to be actively involved in all phases of activity.

2.   Siding with the poor, meaning that the Foundation of "Al-Hikmah" put the poor as the main target to study in this school because the citizens who adequacy should be able to study elsewhere.

3.   Sustainability, it means that the facility that constructed and changes in self behavior can provide services and benefits continuously.

1.4       Vision and Mission of “Al-Hikmah” Foundation

2. Implementation of noble morals in their daily lives

a) Religious
     The creation of Islamic atmosphere in school environment,  teaching delivery by applying religious values
b) Discipline
     Apply discipline in the work, learning process, and finance
c) Independent
     Develop and exploit the capabilities of existing resources in school.

3.   Mission

a.     To grow spirit superiority intensively to all members of school.

b.   To improve the teaching learning process effectively.

c.    To develop Innovative creativity and skill.

d.   To implement participatory management by involving all citizens and groups related with school.

e.    To increase competitive spirit.

CHAPTER II

DETAILED DESIGN OF "AL-HIKMAH" FOUNDATION ACTIVITY

2.1 Detailed Design of Formal Education Activity
includes:

Ø  Early Childhood Education (PAUD)

Ø  RA (Kindergarten)

Ø  MI (Elementary School)

Ø  MTs (Junior High School)

Ø  MAK (Senior High School)

To carry out the activities, it will need many buildings to practice the learning activity. The building of Al Hikmah foundation now is available are 9 classes. 1 class is used for Early Childhood Education (PAUD),  2 classes is used for kindergarten (RA) but one of class is used mushalla and 6 classess is used for Elementary School but the capacity of class is just for 20 students. Then, around the buildings is a land that was ready to build.

2.2 Detailed Design of Non Formal Education Activity

Non Formal Education activities undertaken by the Foundation "Al-Hikmah ' is done as boarding school education usually held in the afternoon both for students. The activity divided by age level students.

2.3 Planning of Construction

The building for Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Kindergarten (RA), Elementary school (MI) , Junior High School (MTs) and Senior High School (MAK) Al-Hikmah is located Wanutunggal village, Godong Grobogan Central Java.

2.4    Budget Needs

1.   The land that was already available:

Soil conditions
Size = ± 3.250 m2

2.   Buildings construction includes:
a. Early Childhood Education (PAUD)         : 1   classroom

b. Kindergarten (RA)                                   : 3   classrooms
c. Elementary School (MI)                           : 6   classrooms
d. Junior High School (MTs)                       : 8   classrooms
e. Senior High School (MAK)                       : 8   classrooms

f.  Laboratory                                              : 1   room

g. Library                                                    : 1   room

3.   Operational costs includes:
a. Provision of teachers or salary (funds match as requirement)
b. Scholarships

CHAPTER III

CLOSING

Proposal of Request assistance fund is a part of our efforts of the Foundation "Al-Hikmah" that addressed in Wanutunggal Village, Godong-Grobogan of Central Java in order to find the funds for the construction of physical infrastructure schools building, for participate to improve intelligence of the next generation with faith and devotion to Allah.

Hopefully over conveyed Proposal Request Assistance Fund can be a concern to all parties to help physical infrastructure construction of school buildings.
